Service procedure from QTS
Client Consult through email,telephone or on-line,confirm the relative services,standard,date,price,address etc.
2、Provide offer sheet and booking
QTS Confirm the service price, and make the formal offer sheet and booking and send to customer by email for the 1st time,also,can make the on-line booking in Alibaba platform, customer should write the booking and return back.
3、Confirm the service booking
Issue the formal booking to QTS 7days in advance, if urgent, can be 3days in advance.
4、Make the relative service
Before carrying out the services,the relative standard should be finalized, and QTS can provide the relative QSS to customer for final confirmation before inspection been done.
The inspectors/auditors should write the relative data/defects /remarks/pictures to a detailed report, and send the formal report to the customer in the next day morning.
If there is some defective problems need to be followed up,QTS will write down into the CUSTOMER COMPLAINT LIST and discuss with factory and follow up the status and implementation. For the special points will be highlighted to make the inspectors can pay more attention when carrying out inspection next time.
